Now, this fantastic year is ending on a high note, as we have got a release date for a spin-off series of One Piece titled “Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation.”For those who are not aware, it is the anime adaptation of Oda’s one-shot manga titled Monsters. It should be noted that Oda sensei illustrated this short story when he was just 19 years old, and that means he did it before One Piece was serialized.
