The well-known publisher, Kadokawa Corporation, has announced the release of the webtoon titled Elden Ring: Become Lord. The series is drawn and written by award-winning artist Hand Punch (Tegekiken), and the editing and planning works are handled by Aoba Kadokawa. The Elden Ring manhwa is set to begin serialization on March 29, 2024.
That said, you can enjoy a glimpse of the webtoon here on Kadokami’s site. Similar to the megahit RPG game, this webcomic will primarily focus on the adventures of the Tarnished who aspires to become the Elden Lord in the Lands Between. Thus, those who haven’t played the game yet and die-hard gamers can enjoy this webtoon together.
The webtoon will be released in three forms, including the TATESC comic version, the comic-book version, and an e-book version.

For us, Elden Ring is not just a game, but an art in itself. Although we are passionate about creating our work, we have faced many challenges during the creative process. However, as this work taught me, if you overcome difficulties, there will always be light.” This all-new webcomic will be published on Kadokami’s site, TATESC comics site, and available in Japanese bookstores as well.
