Firefly will release on June 19 in the first phase of the HSR 2.3 version. This banner will feature the 5-star character Firefly and the returning 5-star character Ruan Mei. Furthermore, the HSR 2.3 phase 1 banner will also feature the 4-star characters Gallagher, Misha, and Xueyi.
