1. Aglaea (Best)

Aglaea is currently the best character to use the Hero of Triumphant Song relic set in Honkai Star Rail. Her kit revolves heavily around her servant memosprite and the main damage comes from her enhanced basic attack, making perfect use of both the SPD and CRIT DMG bonuses from this set.

2. Remembrance Trailblazer

The Remembrance Trailblazer is a decent option for this relic set, but this character does not greatly benefit from it. The Crit Damage boost gives a decent increase to Mem’s Crit Damage buff to allies, but is nothing revolutionary and there are better relic sets. This relic set might be good for Remembrance Trailblazer if they are specifically built for DPS, which is not the ideal way to play the character.
