Honkai Star Rail 3.1 banners have been revealed by Hoyoverse. Here we have compiled the information and created the banner order for version 3.1 in HSR.

HSR 3.1 Character Banners

The Honkai Star Rail 3.1 character banners have been confirmed and here are all the 5-star characters and their banner order as per the official information, including current and upcoming banners for this version.
First Half:

Tribbie: 5-star, Harmony, Quantum Yunli: 5-star, Destruction, Physical Lynx: 4-star, Abundance, Quantum Hook: 4-star, Destruction, Fire Guinaifen: 4-star, Nihility, Fire

Second Half:

Mydei: 5-star, Destruction, Imaginary Huohuo: 5-star, Abundance, Wind Arlan: 4-star, Destruction, Lightning Xueyi: 4-star, Destruction, Quantum Natasha: 4-star, Abundance, Physical

Yunli and Huohuo are going to be the reruns in HSR 3.1 banners. The 4-star characters have also been revealed, with Lynx, Hook, and Guinaifen featuring in the first half and Arlan, Xueyi, and Natasha in the second half.

HSR 3.1 Light Cone Banners

The Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Light Cone banners have also been revealed. Here are all the 5-star Light Cones and their banner order:
First Half:

Second Half:

Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path: 5-star, Destruction Echoes Of The Coffin: 5-star, Abundance Perfect Timing: 4-star, Abundance A Secret Vow: 4-star, Destruction Memories of the Past: 4-star, Harmony

The 5-star Light Cones are also the signature Light Cones of the 5-star characters. Other than that, the 4-star Light Cones in 3.1 have also been added.

Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Banner Release Dates

The HSR 3.1 banners will take place in two halves, as per the norm. Here are the banner release dates for HSR 3.1. Check our HSR 3.1 release countdown timer to stay on top of the upcoming update.

HSR 3.1 first phase banner: February 26 to March 19, 2025. HSR 3.1 second phase banner: March 19 to April 8, 2025.
