The Crowned Anglerfish is a secret rarity found in the Abyssal Zenith area, the third checkpoint in Mariana’s Veil of Fisch. This region is a part of the Abyssal Zenith bestiary and cannot be found elsewhere.
To reach this level, all you need to do is get the Fisch Submarine from Dr. Glimmerfin at Roslit Bay and head down the entrance of Mariana’s Veil. If you have unlocked the past two levels, go straight to the Abyssal Zenith; otherwise, unlock the Volcanic Vents and the Challenger’s Deep first. Once there, get a GPS in Fisch and follow these steps to get the Crowned Anglerfish in the game:

Once in Abysaal Zenith, head past the Inn Keeper to reach the pool at these coordinates: X= -13515, Y=-11050, and Z=175. Now, stand at the edge of the massive pool and prepare to fish.

How to Catch the Crowned Anglerfish in Fisch

Since the Crowned Anglerfish is one of the highest rarities in the game, you will need a hefty amount of Luck to get this. If you have enough Robux to spare, consider buying the Fisch Boat Pack for 32x server luck. Furthermore, you may stack up 6x luck using Aurora Totem and another 3x using Merlin’s Luck boost. 
Now, if you are not able to gather enough Luck boost, you can try achieving the conditions this beast prefers, which are as follows:
