How To Change Default Notification Sound And Haptics On Iphone
Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap on Sound & Haptics. Here, you’ll find a new “Defaults Alerts” section. Tap on it. You can now choose your preferred sound for all incoming notifications and alerts from the options available under Alert Tones. You’ll notice that the list has all of the text tones.
You’ll also see an option to change the haptic vibration of default notifications. For this, tap on Haptics and choose vibration type from the list of available options. You can also custom-create a new vibration.
So, that’s how you can change the default notification sound and haptics on your iPhone. It’s good to see Apple finally coming up with a much-needed customization option.
