How To Get Carian Sovereignty In Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree

Carian Sovereignty Location in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

To get the Carian Sovereignty in the Elden Ring, you must reach the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. This area is right after you enter Bonnie village and cross the town to enter a jungle. Once you enter the jungle, follow the road until you find the cathedral before a lake. Ensure you’ve activated the Site of Grace.
Now, begin descending from the hill where the church exists. Call up your horse and ride north through the water. Start descending from the mountain, and you’ll see some soldiers waiting. Ignore them and start riding south through a rocky part. If you see roaming wolves around the road, you are going towards the right way.
Keep riding south till you reach the end of the hilly path. A cave with a Beetle hanging from the ceiling will be on your left. Use any weapon that reaches the ceiling and kill the beetle to get the Carian Sovereignty in Elden Ring Erdtree DLC.

Elden Ring Carian Sovereignty Properties

Carian Sovereignty is an Ash of War that you can apply to any weapon out there. The only exception to this rule is the colossal weapons. However, any other weapon in the Elden Ring can have this Ash of War imbued on it. You must go to Hewg and get this imbued to any weapon, giving it magic properties. Put simply, Carian Sovereignty allows Elden Ring players to convert the equipped blade into a massive magical greatsword. Pressing the Ash of War button will ensure you bring it down with force.
Holding down the Ash of War Button will charge the blade, making it bigger and slamming it harder to the ground, damaging it more. In both instances, immediately after the blade hits the ground, press the Ash of War button to do a magic blade slash follow-up.
You will require 30 FP per usage to use this Ash of War. This is a magic-based Ash of War since it is a Carian skill. Remember Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, the boss you fight in Castle Ensis? She uses this same magic on the players fighting her during the boss fight. And while you don’t make the same spinning blade move that Rellana does, you can do a portion of the same moveset.
And that is how you get the Carian Sovereignty in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. It does make me curious why this magic exists on a random Beetle and not at Castle Ensis itself. However, there might be lore implications there.
