How To Hide Screenshots From Iphone Photos Gallery
Hide Screenshots on iPhone Without Deleting Them
The latest iOS 18 offers a new option in the Photos app that lets you hide or show screenshots with the touch of a button. This little addition can help you filter out screenshots from a loaded photo library. Just follow the below steps to hide screenshots on iPhone in iOS 18:
First and foremost, make sure you’ve installed iOS 18 (currently in Developer Beta) on your iPhone. Now, open the Photos app on your iPhone. You’ll see your photo gallery with pictures, videos, screenshots, and more. When you start scrolling the photos library, you’ll see a new icon (an up and a down arrow) at the bottom. Tap on it and choose View Options.
Next up, uncheck the Show Screenshots option. This will instantly hide all the screenshots from your iPhone Photos gallery.
That’s how easy it is to hide screenshots in the Photos app on iOS 18. It’s a savior for people like me whose photo gallery is loaded with screenshots. I don’t prefer deleting all my screenshots as I might need them in the future. Thanks to this iOS 18 feature, managing screenshots has become a lot easier. I can instantly jump to the pictures that matter the most to me without dodging hundreds of screenshots.
