Method 1: Check Trash to Recover Deleted Emails in Gmail

If you searched and checked all of your Gmail labels and still didn’t find an email, deleted emails are stored in Trash in Gmail and can be restored if you haven’t already deleted them from the folder. Here’s how to recover deleted emails from Gmail’s trash folder.

Method 2: Using the Gmail Recovery Tool

If you can’t find the deleted email(s) in the trash, try using the Gmail Recovery Tool. It’s an official tool from Google that can help you recover deleted emails, considering it hasn’t been more than 30 days since you deleted the email you’re looking for.
Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me because I didn’t have any emails in Trash for the past 30 days. In case it doesn’t work for you, there’s no way to restore deleted emails. However, one last thing you could try is contacting Google. If you’re a Google One subscriber, it includes assistance from a Google customer support executive. If the email was super important, you may be able to restore it through them.
