Best Characters for Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker

Rappa (Best) Jade Serval

Currently, only three characters in Honkai Star Rail can properly use this Light Cone and it is the best option for only one of them. Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker is a Break Effect Light Cone of the Erudition path, not many characters can make the best use of it. Rappa is the best character for this Light Cone, which makes sense as it is her signature light cone.
Other than her, only Jade and Serval can truly benefit from its effect. Jade is a Basic Attack focused character, and her Ultimate also does a fair share of damage, making this Light Cone a good option for her kit. However, it is still not Jade’s best Light option. Serval is also a good option as she can be played as a Break Effect character.

Is Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker Worth Pulling?

No, currently Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker Light Cone is not worth pulling, unless you want it for Rappa. Until there are more Erudition characters that are Break Effect focused, the usability of this is extremely low. Most of the Erudition characters are Skill damage and Crit stat focused, making this Light Cone pretty useless for them.
However, this Light Cone may become a good investment for the future, as Topaz’s signature Light Cone also gained a ton of value with the release of multiple Follow-up attack focused Hunt characters recently, like Feixiao, Moze, and Hunt March 7th. Overall, the choice remains with you, but I will still recommend you save your Stellar Jades on this Light Cone for the moment.
