Is Sue Storm Pregnant in Fantastic Four First Steps?

In the trailer for the movie, most of the fans were hyped by Johnny Storm firing up, literally, however, one patron, davjolie, looked at the trailer way more closely. At the 54-second mark in the Fantastic Four First Steps trailer, when Johnny Storm is taking off, behind him, you can see Sue being carried away as if she is in pain and clutching to her stomach which looks like a pregnant woman being taken to safety.
In the clip, you can also see that there is a scene at 45 seconds with Mr. Fantastic, where it seems as if Sue Storm is giving birth which aligns with the comic birth of Sue and Mr.Fantastic’s son Franklin. So, it seems like a new member will be added to the family with this movie.

Who Is Franklin in Marvel’s Fantastic Four?

As stated above, Franklin is the son of Sue Storm and Mr. Fantastic who made his first appearance in Fantastic Four Annual #6 released in 1968. He manifested his powers pretty early and had psionic powers, could manipulate reality, and was a telepath. His introduction in Fantastic Four First Steps makes complete sense since Franklin plays a pretty important role in the Secret Wars. So, if Sue Storm is actually pregnant in Fantastic Four First Steps, Franklin’s birth has been timed perfectly by Marvel. So, let’s wait and see what happens!
