Jason Momoa Shares Exciting Minecraft Movie Update On Instagram
Only a couple of hours ago, Jason Momoa, one of the main cast members of the Minecraft Movie, announced the exciting news on Instagram. In the image below, we can see Jason Momoa, Jack Black, and other members of this fantastic team being super happy and excited.
The actor stated that they’re wrapping Minecraft and that it is an “unbelievable movie experience” and “truly one of the greatest times” of his life. Momoa also enjoyed filming in New Zealand and is thankful for it. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Jason Momoa (@prideofgypsies)
With this announcement, we are safe to assume the Minecraft Movie cast and crew have finally finalized this project. The journey started in 2014, and due to many changes and the unexpected pandemic, the movie’s release date has been delayed multiple times.
But today, that all comes to an end, as the Minecraft Movie is done filming and set to be released on April 4, 2025, 11 years after the first Notch tweet.
Moreover, there have been some recent Reddit posts showing the Minecraft Movie set and the outside of the filming studio. The images don’t exactly align with people’s expectations about the movie.
We do truly hope there is nothing some movie editing magic cannot fix. So, with that said, are you excited about the upcoming Minecraft Movie? How do you think it’s going to turn out? Tell us in the comment section below!
