TIGER CHIPMUNK ZEBRA CLOWNFISH SKUNK BUMBLEBEE

The theme for today’s Strands had me think about dialogues, which led me to wonder if it was all about the names of popular actors and actresses. Well, that was a wrong turn. However, after finding TIGER, CHIPMUNK, and ZEBRA in the bottom portion of the grids, I knew what it was about. The theme was talking about lines as in striped animals. Guess what? STRIPED turned out to be the Spangram for the day. Running right at the top, I found CLOWNFISH. A bit more searching gave me SKUNK and the last couple of grids formed BUMBLEBEE. With that, the Strands for today was over, and I didn’t have to use any hints.
