It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 1550 nits of peak brightness, and HDR, among other things.
Add People to Your UPI Circle Google Pay will soon integrate UPI circle, which National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) announced a month ago. As per what Google showcased on stage, users can add members to their UPI circle.
Once added, the members can request money via UPI on the Google Pay app, and the circle creator will then have to approve the payment. This will especially be useful for children or the elderly who don’t have a UPI account.
Pixel 7 Phones Will Get Tensor G2 Chip Google’s Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro will be powered by the new Tensor G2 chipset, as mentioned on the phones’ product page. This was initially spotted by leakster Kuba Wojciechowski. The Tensor G2 (possibly short for Generation 2) will succeed the Tensor chip that debuted with the Pixel 6 series last year. While Google is yet to reveal the technical details, the next-gen Tensor chip is expected to improve the cameras, security, and speech recognition.
Google Pixel Foldable Release Timeline Last night, WinFuture’s Roland Quandt tweeted about the Pixel foldable missing in action during the Pixel 7 series launch. To this, DSCC (Display Supply Chain Consultants) analyst Ross Young responded with a Pixel foldable release timeline. Young said that foldable panel shipments to Google will start in January 2023, and the foldable should arrive sometime in Q1 2023. Now, this is just speculation, as Google has shared no official statements about its foldable phone ambitions.
According to The Information, the search giant may start showing an AI option separately. This can be spotted at the top of the results page, which you can click upon to get AI-based results. The page will appear similar to the chat window that shows up in Gemini. The page will also contain links to the sources that Gemini is using to bring up the results.
