What are Pokemon GO Raids and How to Participate
Raids are special battles where you team up with other trainers to defeat powerful Pokemon. They appear at gyms throughout the day from 10 AM to 10 PM local time. To participate, you will need a Raid Pass, which you can get for free by spinning gym photo discs daily or purchasing from the shop.
For remote participation, you can use Remote Raid Passes to join raids from any location. After defeating a raid boss, you will get a chance to catch it using Premier Balls. The number of Premier Balls you receive depends on various factors, including damage dealt, team contribution, gym control, and friendship level with other participants.
To maximize your chances of catching raid bosses, use Golden Razz Berries and aim for excellent curveball throws. Whether you’re hunting for powerful legendary Pokemon or searching for that perfect shiny, December’s raid schedule offers plenty of opportunities for you.
