The Boys Creator Surprises Fans With A Major Season 4 Update

The fandom indeed had to wait almost two years for a new season, but The Boys franchise didn’t leave us with zero content during that gap. We got to see several live-action and animated spin-off projects of the franchise, including Diabolical, Gen V, and Seven on 7.
Eric’s X post says, “As of today, TheBoys Season 4 is completely, totally, absolutely DONE. I’m really grateful & so proud of this cast & crew. Could be our best yet.” The post also says that it could very well be the best season of The Boys yet. All the previous seasons of The Boys were phenomenal. The third season especially raised the stakes by bringing in Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy. Seeing Soldier Boy going against Homelander was an experience of a lifetime for the community.
However, by the end of the season, we see Soldier Boy going back in the box. Jensen’s portrayal of the character took the series’ popularity to the next level, so it’s obvious that fans want to see him back in the upcoming season.
The creators somehow found a way to bring Soldier Boy in Gen V, but it would be interesting to see what they have planned for the character in The Boys Season 4. Well, the fourth season isn’t that far now, so we will find out soon.
