Frenchie Is Bisexual in The Boys Season 4

When I started watching The Boys Season 4, I was expecting to be hit with things I did not expect. However, even though The Boys did hit me with something unexpected, it was not in a good way. We get to see that Frenchie has a romantic history with a man named Colin. Now, to make it clear, I’m not saying this out of Homophobia but because of this ruining things that were being set up in the series.
In the show, Frenchie and Kimiko were gradually being set up to be in a romantic relationship. However, this revelation completely ruined the arc that was set in motion in the previous seasons.
In the previous season, we learned that Frenchie had also had physical intimacy with Cherrie. We have also seen him expressing his sexuality openly. In an earlier episode, he kissed Hughie, albeit in excitement and happiness. However, the romantic arc of Colin and Frenchie comes to an end once he confesses to Colin that he killed Colin’s parents. By the end of The Boys Season 4, we saw that The Boys had finally given people what they wanted by putting together Frenchie and Kimiko together romantically.
While that was good to watch, The Boys Season 4 Finale separated Kimiko and Frenchie in the worst possible way and we will have to wait till The Boys Season 5 to see if they could get back together again or not!
