What Do Exclamation Marks In Dragon S Dogma 2 Mean
In Dragon’s Dogma 2, the Exclamation mark (!) in your mini-map doesn’t notify the players about a particular object. Instead, it shows up when your Pawn has discovered something. So whenever the pawn finds something on the map (chests, resources, etc.), the exclamation mark will appear on your mini-map. However, do note the marker won’t appear when you enlarge your mini-map.
The exclamation marks in Dragon’s Dogma 2 also appear when the Pawn finds valuable tools, such as ladders to climb a vertical space. Fortunately, the Pawn also provides a few comments about their discovery so you have clarity. There might be cases when you find a Seeker’s Coin or need to destroy an object. Once you collect the items, the exclamation mark in Dragon’s Dogma 2 should disappear.
Unfortunately, for some reason, in many cases, the marker does not go away and requires a soft reload of the menu. This is probably due to a glitch in the game. That’s hardly surprising since Dragon’s Dogma 2 is currently suffering from performance issues.
Although it is a bit confusing, we highly recommend you to listen to the Pawn as it will often lead you to get some valuable resources. The Pawn system also helps them learn things as the game progresses to find even better items. As before, you will see these through the exclamation marks in Dragon’s Dogma 2. There are other makers in Dragon’s Dogma 2, such as the Flag, Riftstone, Vocation Guild, and many more. You can easily identify them from your map.
