Deadpool and Wolverine released in Japan earlier than the official worldwide release. Now, since the movie was officially out, the IMDb listing for Deadpool 3 was updated beforehand, confirming the appearance of Blake Lively as Lady Deadpool.
The speculations of her appearance in the role came up almost as soon as the character was shown in the trailer. However, in the movie, she did not remove her mask so we did not see her face in the suit.
